- Boil an egg. Grind green chilli, coriander leaves n tomato to a fine puree. Heat oil n add some butter to it.



- Add the green masala to the oil n let it cook well until the oil separates from masala. Add onion and tomato finely chopped.



- Now, add capsicum n cook everything well together. Add cumin seeds, red chilli powder,turmeric powder, salt n coriander powder. Saute the masalas until cooked well.



- Now add whole egg n mix in. Cook for a while n add chopped n grated egg. N incorporate well.



- Top it up with coriander leaves n grated cheese. Serve hot with chappati or buns.
